I thought I’d share this video because it inspires me to keep on my path of health no matter what anyone tells me. WARNING! This is a give-you-goosebumps-and-tears video!!
YOU are beautiful, sexy, amazing and most of all unique and never let anyone tell you differently! You can be all that you want to be in this life but don’t let anyone else EVER tell you what you “should” be because when you are sitting all by yourself the only person who matters is YOU.
Be COMFORTABLE in your own skin, appreciate your curves, show those stretch marks proudly as battle wounds from all those who have ever put you down, take the makeup off and show your radiant and glowing skin, let all your hair down naturally and appreciate the family culture it came from and most of all do something today that goes against societal pressures.

It Tastes as Good as Skinny Feels 
I absolutely love this song, and this video. Especially with all the photoshop “scandals” that we’ve had as of late; and all the celebrities who are saying that they don’t like how much they’ve been photoshopped, it’s nice to see someone really take a stand on it.
